Over a month ago I purchased my first home, and ordered all of my appliances from this Lowes. Here we are a month later, and the only working things to come, have been the washer and dryer, the fridge and dishwasher came damaged, when they were scheduled to bring us new ones they were over an hour late to the latest possible estimated delivery time, and I couldn't have them start an install at 8:30 at night, so hopefully they actually bring it today. The stove was supposed to come 2 weeks ago, and now there telling me it will be another 3 weeks. They told me today they no longer sell the microwave they sold me, they could order it from the vendor but it wouldn't come for at least 6 weeks. So no way to cook food in my house for at least a month.Last but not least, I waited on hold for 30 minutes to talk to a manager, and they never got on the phone. All these people should lose there job, what a joke. DO NOT BUY APPLIANCES FROM LOWES!!!!!! At least not this one!

At the end of November my husband and I went to the Rancho location to purchase all kitchen appliances and a washer and dryer. We were told at most delivery for certain items could take up to 5 weeks. We moved into our new home 3 weeks after we ordered our appliances and we got our new $2000 fridge delivered with 3 large gouges that had tried to be covered up with what looked like show polish. The same was said for the new dishwasher as well. We called and were told they would give us 10% off the cost of the appliances, or we could order new ones and wait several more weeks. We choose to have them reordered considering we bought new appliances with the intention of them looking NEW. During waiting for our reorder i called several times, often waiting up to 10 minutes on hold for someone to answer the phone, which often resulted in me hanging up and trying several more times. I was told last Thursday I would get a call regarding our stove and microwave and give me a timeframe on when to expect them. The 3rd time I was told I would get a call, but never did. My husband called again. We were just told that the microwave we ordered in November was actually an in stock item, but they sold all the ones in stock and had since discontinued selling the model we had already paid for. We were told that it would have to be ordered from the distributor and wouldn't be delivered until MARCH! On top of all this we asked for a free install of our dishwasher for all the hassle. We were told that we would have to come INTO THE STORE, pay for the install, and that they would give us 10% off the price of the dishwasher which supposedly would cover the install. My husband was on the phone with Lowe's for over an hour and was told they would be getting a manager, which also never happend. We are now heading to home depot to buy a microwave. The saga continues...
