  Pay close attention to their return policy. We bought one of their vacuums on a saturday. We tried to return it that thursday, we were then informed that there was a three day grace period to return it without penalties. Now we are being told that they will not accept it. And will not allow us to return it. There is nowhere in the contract that says that they will not accept a return. I understand a penalty where you do not receive the full amount back but this is ridiculous. This was not explained at the time of purchase. I have never heard of a three day policy like this before. With a policy like this I am waiting for the thing to break in 2 days. I am a disabled vet on a fixed income. They are not willing to work with me in any way.

  Beware of Galina Konikova and this office that lets her represent them. The contracts contain a whole lot of fraud and you will be left with a loan that is on your name that was not agreed upon. This office is just out there to rip you off and get their money. When it comes to helping out their customers they will not even speak with you. !!!!!!!! STAY AWAY AND BE SMART GUYS !!!!!
